Loved the first IIM - Institute of Interim Management Client Roundtable event that I moderated in a warm, bustling Higher Education institution going through transformation. This event followed from our earlier HE Sector Disruption evening in May.
The Client Roundtable brings together a panel of multidisciplinary interims and the client, pro bono to consider live situational contexts and potential areas to scope in a confidential boardroom setting.
Thank you so much to our very open and welcoming host client for sharing both challenges and opportunities whilst your students were enrolling on campus, excited for a new academic year!

The Client Roundtable foster in-depth client and interim interaction on situational needs. They provide advisory executive thinking to the client.
